Pooja B Pradeep is a doctoral researcher in Linguistics with a masters in Linguistics and bachelors in English Language & Literature. As a RANK-1 graduate from the University of Kerala, she has cleared both UGC-NET and GATE examinations, and is a recipient of the prestigious Mrs Katre Memorial Merit Award for National Topper in Linguistics (2024). She has conducted fieldwork with multiple tribal communities and served as a language consultant for the Bharatiya Bhasha Parivar, Language Portal of CIIL. Her research interests encompass Dravidian linguistics, morphosyntax, language documentation, endangered language preservation, and more.
